Our pastry chef, Carolina Bimonte Hart, is a Brazilian that moved to the USA to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts, from Le Cordon Bleu, with the intention of opening up a bakery once she went back home (Sao Paulo, Brazil) but as life takes its turns, she met the love of her life, had three kids, became the pastry chef for the Governor of the State of Georgia and now is running Carola's Kitchen, her licensed home based business.
